Role and Mission

Serving as an advocate and adviser to the Fayette project, the Task Force has functioned throughout the life of the project.
The Task Force recommends programs and changes or enhancements, as appropriate. It also identifies service needs, as appropriate, within the geographic area served and acts as an advocate for Healthy Start, Inc. initiatives.
Membership
The Task Force is composed of members who broadly represent the County’s neighborhoods and diverse constituencies. Consumers, neighborhood organizations, ministers, businesses, elected officials and health and human services providers must be included.
