The Community Health Advocate Training Program is an 8-week training specifically for single mothers residing in Allegheny County, that will prepare you to make lasting change in the health of moms and babies where you live!
 

This is a paid opportunity and the training will equip you with the skills needed to work as a Community Health Advocate. You will learn about public health and systems of health care, health equity and health disparities, communication, networking, public speaking skills, and much more.  

Are you interested in becoming a Community Health Advocate? Our new cohort is kicking off soon, with applications

opening June 15th. Once the application page is open, all applications are due by July 24th, 2026
