Planning a community event or tabling opportunity? Healthy Start welcomes opportunities to connect with families, partners, and community members.
Please complete our Community Outreach & Tabling Request Form to tell us more about your event. Once submitted, a Healthy Start team member will review your request and follow up within two business days.
