Healthy Start is proud to be part of Allegheny Prenatal to Three, a countywide collaborative working to strengthen the services and systems that support families from pregnancy through a child’s third birthday.

This interactive dashboard shows how publicly funded prenatal-to-three services are reaching children and families across Allegheny County. The dashboard includes data from 2022 through 2025, highlighting service reach, family engagement, and the growing network of supports connected to health, early learning, and basic needs.

The dashboard also includes stories from families whose lives have been impacted by these services, helping connect the numbers to the real people and communities behind the work.
